What should I pay attention to before using the submersibler pump?

1. When lifting or moving the water pump or its equipment, it is necessary to avoid directly pulling the cable. Please use the handle of the water pump, otherwise the water pump may leak electricity.

2. When moving, avoid hitting the water pump and place it carefully.

3. It is necessary to install an automatic circuit breaker on your own to prevent the water pump from being electrocuted due to weak non-conductive components.

4. Confirm voltage:

<1> Single phase interval: 100V~240V

<2> The three-phase range is 200V~480V

<3> When using the water pump, it is necessary to confirm that the voltage is consistent with the voltage indicated on the trademark.

Inconsistent voltage may cause the water pump to malfunction or cause motor overload and damage to the motor.

5. Frequency confirmation: Ensure that the frequency is consistent with the frequency displayed on the trademark.

Different frequencies may cause the water pump to malfunction, produce abnormal noises, or damage the motor.

6. Avoid idling the water pump and use it without water, as this may shorten the lifespan of the water pump.

7. Cable extension: If the pump needs to extend the cable, please pay attention to the size and length of the cable. If the cable does not match the water pump, it may result in low voltage, making it difficult for the motor to start, thereby reducing the lifespan of the pump. Do not place cable terminals in water.

8. Confirm the direction of water pump operation:

<1> Single phase: The fixed direction is set before delivery.

<2> Three phase: If the pump is running in reverse, please reconnect two of the three terminals.

If the water pump rotates in the opposite direction, there will be huge vibrations and strange sounds, reducing the flow rate, and even burning out the motor.

9. Do not use water pumps to deliver flammable and explosive liquids, such as fuel, kerosene, turpentine, etc.

Please do not use water pumps in flammable and/or explosive environments. May cause personal injury and/or property damage.
